Our diamond selection process places a strong emphasis on ethical and environmentally conscious sourcing, surpassing the industry standard of "conflict-free" set by the Kimberley Process (KP), which narrowly pertains to diamonds that are not used to finance war efforts against legitimate governments. This limited definition often overlooks diamonds associated with violence, human rights violations, environmental degradation, and labor exploitation.

Our small group of diamond suppliers are required to demonstrate a robust chain of custody protocol for their diamonds, enabling us to track and trace them to their origins. These diamonds are sourced solely from recognized mine operations or countries that exhibit a steadfast commitment to labor rights, fair trade practices, and environmental sustainability. By selecting our diamonds, you support miners receiving fair compensation and working in safe conditions, uplift their communities, and ensure that your purchase never aids in perpetuating conflicts.

We collaborate with a select group of premium gemstone suppliers who align with our principles and prioritize sourcing from countries committed to land conservation, ethical mining practices, and enhanced labor conditions.

When properly maintained, our 14k yellow gold pieces are made to last you a lifetime (and beyond!) offering timeless beauty. With its alluring and subtle tone, you can confidently wear your jewelry daily, in any setting. Compared to 18k gold, 14k gold contains a higher proportion of alloyed metals, enhancing its durability and resistance to everyday wear. For our 14k white gold pieces, we meticulously apply rhodium plating, elevating their luster and strength.

18K GOLD

When comparing 18k gold to 14k gold, the former boasts a higher purity level due to the increased percentage of gold in its composition, rendering it more valuable. While 18k gold is considered less durable than its 14k counterpart, it is often favored as a superior choice for jewelry materials. The designation "18 karat" signifies that 18 parts of pure gold are present in a total of 24 parts, equating to 0.75 (or 3/4). This purity level results in less resilience compared to 14 karat gold, making it prone to quicker tarnishing. However, the bright luster associated with 18k gold necessitates less special care to uphold its quality over time.
