However, it is advisable to get an object polished if it has deep marks.

Your jewelry may need occasional maintenance and upkeep from daily wear including replacing a stone and tightening the prongs. For all repairs we are at your disposal and kindly advise you to get in contact with us to schedule a time to bring in your piece for inspection. Once we review your piece, we can perform this repair with due care.

For any purchase of high value jewelry, we offer you the option to add an appraisal for insurance purposes. Our appraisals are performed by The Gemological Appraisal Laboratory of America. Appraisals begin at $75. For pieces over $2,000 appraisals are complimentary. 


Each jewelry creation comes with a complimentary certificate of authenticity which certifies the creation, integrity and grades of your diamond and fine jewelry, and is backed by our Full Lifetime Warranty. This certificate is important moving forward as it will also be of use when accessing particular services available.

All orders (not including pre-orders and custom pieces) usually take 1-2 business days. Orders shipping to the United States continental can be processed with the option of complimentary Overnight Delivery or 1 - 2 day delivery. A team member from client services will be your personal point of contact here at Laurenti, guiding you throughout the process.

We begin with a conversation to discuss your design ideas and answer any questions that you may have.  We will then send over some suggestions. Once you decide your final design, we provide a sketch along with pricing. Once design and pricing are confirmed we send over a link to place the order in full. Shortly after the order is placed, we can also send a CAD (3D computer-aided design) image for your approval if needed. Custom designs still come with free returns for a full refund within 30 days if you are not 100% satisfied with the design.
