| CLEANING AND POLISHING |
Jewelry loses some of its shine when worn often, or after a long time. That is why Laurenti offers a precision cleaning service, using specialist pastes and cloths to bring the shine back to its creations, making them as good as new. However, it is advisable to get an object polished if it has deep marks. |
| ENGRAVING |
You can personalize your jewelry piece, leaving a memory imprinted upon your precious object. Our artisan workshops are at your disposal to engrave names, dates or personal messages onto your objects, depending on the space available. |
| SIZE ADJUSTMENT |
The Laurenti size adjustment service will ensure that our creations are always a pleasure to wear with an ultra-comfortable fit. At Laurenti, we are on-hand to find the best wearing solution for you, taking into account the technical characteristics of your jewelry. |
| REPAIRS |
Your jewelry may need occasional maintenance and upkeep from daily wear including replacing a stone and tightening the prongs. For all repairs we are at your disposal and kindly advise you to get in contact with us to schedule a time to bring in your piece for inspection. Once we review your piece, we can perform this repair with due care. |

| APPRAISALS |
For any purchase of high value jewelry, we offer you the option to add an appraisal for insurance purposes. Our appraisals are performed by The Gemological Appraisal Laboratory of America. Appraisals begin at $75. For pieces over $2,000 appraisals are complimentary. |
| CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY |
Each jewelry creation comes with a complimentary certificate of authenticity which certifies the creation, integrity and grades of your diamond and fine jewelry, and is backed by our Full Lifetime Warranty. This certificate is important moving forward as it will also be of use when accessing particular services available. |

When will I receive my order?
All orders (not including pre-orders and custom pieces) usually take 1-2 business days. Orders shipping to the United States continental can be processed with the option of complimentary Overnight Delivery or 1 - 2 day delivery. For more details please check out our delivery and shipping page here.
*Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are delivered within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email.
*Please note: fine jewelry pieces are made to order, and our team of craftsmen need time to handcraft it for you. The timeline can range from 1 week to 5 weeks for completion depending on the design ordered. If you need it by a specific date please reach out to us with your desired delivery date and we will confirm if its doable.
Where does Laurenti New York ship from?
All order are packed and shipped from our office in New York.
Will my jewelry purchase be insured?
All of our items are 100% insured through FedEx.
Does Laurenti New York ship Internationally?

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Do I need to sign for my package?
All orders totaling under $1,000 will not require a signature upon delivery.
Personalized pieces and orders of $1,000 or more will require signature upon delivery. If you need to reroute the package, please send the new address and your order # to concierge@laurentinewyork.com
Can you help me with a custom jewelry design?
Yes, if you would like to talk to us about any initial ideas for a custom design or have any questions regarding the process, please contact us at concierge@laurentinewyork.com or give us a ring at+1 (646) 330-3383. A team member from client services will be your personal point of contact here at Laurenti, guiding you throughout the process.
How does the custom design process work?
We begin with a conversation to discuss your design ideas and answer any questions that you may have. We will then send over some suggestions. Once you decide your final design, we provide a sketch along with pricing. Once design and pricing are confirmed we send over a link to place the order in full. Shortly after the order is placed, we can also send a CAD (3D computer-aided design) image for your approval if needed. Custom designs still come with free returns for a full refund within 30 days if you are not 100% satisfied with the design.
Can you set my stone in a custom piece?

Do you issue certificates of authenticity for your creations?
All of our gold jewelry come to you with a physical and digital certificate of authenticity. The digital certificate comes in the form of a NFT. This certificate is important moving forward as it will also be of use when accessing particular services available.
