Change of heart? If you are not pleased with your selection, please call us at (646)330-3383 or email us at concierge@laurentinewyork.com within 72 hours of receiving your order with receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are accepted for any reason, for most products, as long as we receive the item back within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.
To quality for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and all paperwork (including the GIA certificate, if applicable) must be returned as well.
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
Since our designs are handmade, returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned piece. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair (or is in any other condition that prevents resale) we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the amount of repair work that’s required.
Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To start a return, you can contact us at concierge@laurentinewyork.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the unlikely event your purchase arrives either damaged or defective, we will quickly issue you a replacement at no charge. Please notify us of the issue within 72 hours of receipt of the purchase. |
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items |
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on engraved and monogrammed products, jewelry care kit, sale items or gift cards. |
Exchanges |
If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase (minus 10% restocking fee) to a new purchase of equal or greater value. The new piece must be available to purchase at the time of the exchange, within 14 days of original purchase. The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per piece. For your convenience, we offer free exchanges within the continental U.S. Start your exchange online by contacting us below. You can either: (1) print your prepaid return shipping label, or (2) have FedEx print it for you when you bring your return code to a FedEx location. Next, package your item(s) and your packing slip. If you live outside the U.S. or need additional assistance, please contact our client services. |
Refunds |
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 business days of that communication — issued in the form of the original payment or an eGift Card. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited. PayPal exchanges must be even — any balance will need to be charged to a credit card. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders. |
